Mobile Cover Representatives: Trained to Deliver Excellence

Our Mobile Cover Representatives go through training with the LAH Training Academy, so they’re always ready to jump in and take charge of front-of-house duties whenever needed. Here’s what they do:

  • Keep things running smoothly when regular staff are away
  • Handle visitor sign-ins, contractors, couriers, and daily front desk tasks
  • Build great connections with tenants, visitors, and anyone else they interact with
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep everyone safe

Every representative is also equipped with our PARiM Staff Management Tool, which allows them to access detailed site notes, view schedules, and prepare for the unique requirements of each site.

Our Specialist Cover Department is supported by an expert team of Cover Managers and who ensure that every Cover Rep has the tools and guidance needed to succeed. These managers work closely with our Mobile Cover Representatives to ensure that each shift runs smoothly, offering real-time support and guidance when needed.

 

Emergency Cover Hotline: Fast Response When You Need It

We understand that emergencies happen, so our Cover Hotline is here to help with any urgent needs. You can reach us from 6 am to 10 pm (Monday to Friday) and 2 pm to 10 pm on Sundays. Whether you’re updating your availability in PARiM, running late, or facing issues on-site, the hotline is there to make sure our Cover Reps and clients get quick support when it’s needed most.
