World Sleep Day takes place annually on the third Friday in March (in 2025 that’s 14 March). It raises awareness of the importance of healthy sleep and the impact it has on wellbeing, productivity, and overall health.

Promoting healthy sleep for better wellbeing, productivity, and quality of life.

Cost-Neutral

  • Share healthy sleep habits in newsletters, or posters (e.g., “no screens an hour before bed”).

  • Create a fun digital or printed quiz about sleep facts and myths.

  • Share a recommended “sleep sounds” or relaxation playlist with tenants.

Mid-Range

  • Offer calming teas such as chamomile or peppermint in reception.

  • Provide sleep-supportive snacks (e.g., bananas, nuts, dark chocolate).

Top-Range 

  • Invite a sleep expert to run a session on better sleep habits and stress reduction.

  • Give out small “sleep kits” with items like lavender sachets, eye masks, or earplugs.

  • Host a relaxation session with sound baths, meditation, or yoga nidra focused on rest.
