Garden Wildlife Week

National Garden Wildlife Week is an annual celebration that encourages individuals and communities across the UK to connect with nature by transforming their gardens into wildlife-friendly habitats. Running from Monday 26th May to Sunday 1st June 2025, this week-long event highlights the vital role gardens play in supporting biodiversity and offers practical ways to make outdoor spaces more welcoming to local wildlife.

Mid-range:

From Metro Building, Hammersmith – We bagged up 40 mini bags of soil, added them to plant pots, along with seeds (including flowers, vegetables and herbs), accompanied by our curated ‘care guides’ for a ‘just add water’ treat for tenants. The pots have gone very quickly, and we had LOTS of questions this morning about when they were going to be available in the lobby. We teamed the pots up with some little pots of organic honey, with some information about why bees are so great for the environment! We also had smaller pots available with various wildflower seeds for tenants that had gardens and wanted to scatter these.
