This week is dedicated to raising awareness about cervical cancer, encouraging HPV vaccination and cervical screening, and advocating for government commitment to prioritize cervical cancer as a public health issue.Cervical cancer is one of the few cancers that can be prevented, and screening is the best protection. Raising awareness helps combat misinformation, reduce stigma, and ensure that everyone feels confident in accessing life-saving healthcare services. The campaign also aims to highlight inequalities in screening uptake and support communities with lower attendance rates.
