To mark World Art Day, one of our sites embraced creativity in its most collaborative form, by bringing people together to create something truly special.
At 4M Building, the day focused on inclusivity, community and shared experience. A large paint‑by‑numbers canvas was set up in the building, complete with brushes, paints and clear guidance so that everyone could take part, no matter their artistic confidence.Â
Occupiers from all five companies based in the building were invited to add their own small section to the artwork, colour by colour, throughout the day. As a thoughtful finishing touch, each participant’s initials were recorded on the back of the canvas, marking their contribution to the collective piece. Once completed, the artwork will be displayed in Reception, giving everyone in the building a lasting reminder of what can be achieved when people come together.Â
Alongside the communal canvas, take‑away colouring activities were also available, giving occupiers another relaxed way to engage with the theme of creativity throughout the day.Â
It was fantastic to see so many people getting involved and enjoying a moment of creativity during the working day — a simple but powerful way to celebrate art, connection and shared spaces.
