At LAH Property Marketing, we’re always looking for ways to make our tenants’ experiences brighter. This week, we turned the “saddest day of the year” into a reason to smile – with coffee mornings, pastries, flowers, and blue-themed treats across our sites in Manchester, Liverpool, and Reading. Here’s what we did:
In Manchester “On Blue Monday, often known as the saddest day of the year, we decided to brighten things up for our tenants with a coffee morning. We treated everyone to coffee from Idle Hands and cookies from Buzzy Bee — and it was a huge hit. The gesture was truly appreciated, and our tenants started the day with smiles all around.”
In Liverpool “There was nothing blue about our Monday this week, apart from the packaging! Â We had lots of smiley faces and many thanks from our tenants as we cheered them up with Blue themed treats”
In Reading “As planned, we put on a brunch with croissants and pain au chocolats from Greggs to help cheer people up on Blue Monday, which is apparently the worst Monday of the year. The pastries went down really well.”
Another site in Manchester “We had a successful first event at Sunlight House, Manchester today. I worked with our Property Administrator, and the Building Manager to make Blue Monday brighter with a selection of free pastries as well as flowers from our local flower store (Stem).”
It’s all about creating moments that matter and starting the week on a positive note.
