We’re pleased to share the progress LAH Property Marketing has made in our second year of working with workplace wellbeing specialists Fruitful Insights.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve increased our Wellbeing Maturity Index (WMI) score from 60% to 82%, placing LAH in the top 10% of organisations assessed by Fruitful Insights to date. This progress has also been recognised with a Diamond Certification in the Fruitful Workplace Leader scheme.

Our work with Fruitful began with establishing a clear baseline and gaining an objective view of our wellbeing strengths and development areas. In year two, the focus shifted to embedding these insights more deeply — improving communication and ensuring wellbeing considerations are built into everyday decision-making.

Fruitful Insights supports organisations across multiple sectors using research, data and behavioural science to drive long-term wellbeing maturity. Being ranked within the top 10% of their client base reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and to taking a structured, measurable approach to workplace wellbeing.

This partnership is part of our wider commitment to creating a healthy, supportive workplace. We’ll continue to use the Wellbeing Maturity Index to track progress and ensure wellbeing evolves alongside our business.
