To mark World Kindness Day, our Front of House team at 3 Roundwood launched a simple yet uplifting initiative designed to bring tenants together and brighten the working day.
Throughout the day, tenants were invited to write a kind or positive message on their window board at reception. The response was wonderful, and by lunchtime the board had filled with thoughtful notes, supportive messages, and words of encouragement that created a warm, community-focused atmosphere across the building.
From inspirational quotes to personal reminders to be kind to ourselves and others, each message added a spark of positivity to the space. We were delighted to see tenants pause, read the messages, and even add more of their own as the day went on.
To add a little extra fun, one message was selected at random, and the contributor received a small goodie bag as a thank you for taking part.

Choose kindness, spread love, act kindly, be kind always in every way, kindness is contagious, pass it on, share smiles, it costs nothing to be kind.
