Team members from Assembly Bristol stepped up to the challenge last week by taking part in an estate-wide fire walk, all in aid of Children’s Hospice South West.
Braving barefoot walks across burning hot coals, participants showed incredible courage and community spirit in support of the charity’s vital work. The atmosphere on the day was electric, with Batala Bristol’s samba band bringing high-energy beats and delicious food from Spice Bag Co. adding to the celebrations.
It was fantastic to see so many occupiers join in the event, creating a real sense of togetherness. Our very own Operations Manager, Louise Harris, even took on the challenge herself, proving that nothing is impossible with a little determination (and bravery!).
The event was a wonderful reminder of what can be achieved when people come together for a great cause, and a huge well done goes out to everyone who took part.
