To celebrate Random Act of Kindness Day our Front of House reps put together thoughtful initiatives that brought smiles to our occupants.
To encourage generosity and recognition within our workplace community, one site introduced Random Acts of Kindness Nominee Slips. Occupants were invited to nominate their colleagues, highlighting moments of kindness they had witnessed or experienced. These nominations sparked meaningful conversations about the impact of small, thoughtful gestures in the workplace. They then held a lucky draw at the end of the week, selecting 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. The initiative was a resounding success, it served as a wonderful reminder that even the smallest acts—holding the door for someone, offering a listening ear, or sharing a kind word—can make a big difference in someone’s day.
