To celebrate the Lunar New Year our site The Capital Building, Liverpool had a visit from Liverpool BID Company artist. In celebration of the Year of the Dragon they had a fantastic artwork piece painted over the Atrium window. Definitely something different in terms of occupier engagement, and certainly one of the best, as the feedback has been amazing so far!
