We have been busy across lots of our sites hosting Coffee Mornings in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. Our occupiers have baked and donated lots of sweet and savoury treats, along with making donations to the wonderful cause. Altogether, we have raised over £2,700 which is enough to pay for two Macmillan Nurse for a week (£1,202 each) and a Macmillan Nurse for the day (£247) with some money leftover!
One of our Front of House Representatives said –
It was a well-attended event and we raised £125.00 in conjunction with two of our occupants. Star baker (unofficially) went to Ollie who made monogrammed Vanilla cupcakes, a large gooey chocolate cake and vegan vanilla shortbread.Personally, I had a chocolate truffle for breakfast, shortbread for lunch and chocolate cake for dinner!
