The lucky tenants at Metro, Hammersmith enjoyed a Ukulele and Prosecco Wellbeing session, all whilst raising funds for local charity Barons Court Project;
Our online yoga provider YinYan has now come back into the building! They will be hosting weekly yoga/pilates classes on site until August, as well as stand-alone ‘alternative’ sessions for physical and mental wellbeing. They’re giving out prizes to attendees, ranging from free yoga mats to two spaces on their yoga retreat, and encouraging tenants to donate to Barons Court Project (our building charity, who provide hot meals, showers and support to the local homeless community).
Last night was their launch session – a ukulele and prosecco social, led by Robin at YinYan, and it was a raging success. Two of the staff members from Barons Court Project came along to join in the fun, and the little group of tenants who took part had a whale of a time, with two people walking away with free ukuleles!
