At Farnborough Aerospace Centre we arranged a fun Pond Dipping event for our tenant community. We have a lovely pond which is a main feature of the business park and supports a lot of wildlife. Stonebury water management hosted this Biodiversity event at lunchtime and as you can see, we had beautiful weather!
Stonebury extracted water samples from the pond then we were able to see what lives in and around our pond. There was a steady stream of interest for this first-time activity, and it was a good reason for people to get out of the office!
In addition, we hosted a Plant Stall alongside the Pond Dipping which was also very popular. There was a delightfully summer selection of hanging baskets, planted pots, houseplants and cut flowers.
