On Tuesday 26th July Barbirolli Square, Manchester was fortunate enough to have Kiwi Cakes run a pop-up shop in their reception. Not only was it Jo from Kiwi cakes’ debut at 101 Barb Sq it was her first pop up ever and it’s safe to say it went down a treat (mind the pun).
The tenants loved the attention to detail that Jo had gone into with her cupcakes and tray bakes. She worked closely with Rick on reception in the build to make sure she catered for all dietary requirements including Halal, Vegan and Gluten Free. Her bakes were so popular she’d almost sold out before the lunch time rush began! It was also a great way to get tenants networking with people from other companies. 101 Barb Sq are already looking forward to having her back very soon.
