Because we are on-site, we can conduct professional ad hoc viewings and provide support when you have formal viewings – helping with logistics and making sure that your scheme presents at its best.
Our representative will also keep a watching brief to help ensure that the building is maintained to a high standard. We walk the floors on a daily basis, so potential issues are quickly identified and not discovered on the day of a viewing. We’ll develop a good understanding of your building’s technical specifications, thus providing a knowledgeable point of contact for building-related enquiries and contractors.
As an empty building begins to fill up, we can of course manage the standard processes of front-of-house: key-control, post, couriers, contractors, general visitors and the associated access and signing-in procedures.
